In 2019 we opened one kitchen with a single obsession — bringing honest, fire-kissed Tex-Mex to Doha. No shortcuts, no freezers, no compromises. Every tortilla pressed by hand, every protein slow-cooked until it earns its place on the plate.

Today we run two full kitchens across Al Sadd and West Bay, but the rules haven't changed: real ingredients, bold flavour, and the kind of obsessive care that keeps people coming back long after the last bite.
